1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jw7 platform and all services included within it. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read every clause of these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

jw7 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and card games. Before using any service, you should read this document alongside our Privacy Policy.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on jw7, users must provide accurate and complete personal information. The name, date of birth, mobile number and account number provided at registration must be genuine. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all earned bonuses and balances will be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone and the account must not be made available to third parties. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, the support team must be contacted immediately.

• Use a valid mobile number during registration — it will be needed for OTP verification.
• Choose a strong password — at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers and special characters.
• Transferring or selling the account to a third party is prohibited.
• If any personal details change, the support team must be informed.

3 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account on jw7 and participate in any game or betting activity is 21 years. If an account is found to belong to someone under 21, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

jw7 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any user when necessary. If a verification request is not responded to, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jw7 are processed entirely through mobile banking. The currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Payments cannot be sent or received through any other method.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from a mobile account registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• If the balance is not credited after a deposit, the support team must be contacted with the reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jw7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

• jw7 Weekly Reload Reward: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; eligible once per week.
• jw7 Slot Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; once per month.
• jw7 Cricket Dhamaka Offer: 25% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 18x; weekly.
• jw7 Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x; once in the month of the date of birth registered on the account.
• jw7 Refer a Friend Promotion: up to ৳3,000; wagering 12x; once the referred friend's first deposit is completed.

6 Games and Betting

All games and betting activities on jw7 are conducted entirely on the basis of personal decisions. Game outcomes are determined by each game provider's own RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, and jw7 has no involvement in those outcomes.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet or spin cannot be cancelled.
• If a game stops midway due to a technical issue, the balance will be determined based on the saved game history.
• Any attempt to gain funds by exploiting a technical error will result in the account being closed.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, jw7's own rules will apply.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using bots, auto-clickers or any other automated software.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Organised betting to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

jw7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. However, an attempt will be made to inform the user of the reason for the suspension.

7.1 Common Reasons for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Order from a court or government authority.

7.2 Closing Your Own Account

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the support team. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed. Details on limiting or closing an account as part of self-exclusion or responsible gaming are provided in Section 9.

8 Personal Information
